Overall a good silicone muffin pan for the price.The silicone is a little thin, making it floppy when you try to move the pan around, especially if anything is inside them.Its marketed as "foldable" (due to its thinness) which, I suppose that is true so, yeah.But, its a trade-off because that means its better to put it on a baking sheet or tray and work with the pan from there, not necessarily a criticism, just a fact so, be aware.The cups are about 1" deep, so not very and they appear to be standard diameter, so I'm not sure I would say "large capacity" as the description claims. All of which is ok if you're aware of those things and that works for you. Was 5 stars for the first three uses then lost its non-stickiness! 😔Also makes food taste like soap after cleaning it out the last two times.The pic provided show after the 5th use and soaking in water overnight. (Eggs) Still stuck like chuck on there.

Easy to store...just roll it up and tuck it away with no worries, as it retains its shape. So easy to wash up, too! I really love this product and will certainly purchase more items from Briar Island.

I liked that the clean up was so easy. My cornbread muffins didn't brown very well, though. And, I don't do a great deal of baking, so cupcakes and mini quiches aren't alternatives.

Great release factor, easy clean up. I don't put in dishwasher and very lightly rub with oily fingers before use. Slick as a whistle when I remove muffins.As others have pointed out, muffins do not rise as high in silicone pans.

Hard to clean . Flimsy

Maybe it is me but these cups seemed to not be as deep as a standard cupcake pan. I love the ease of it. I learned, before a disaster, to make sure a cookie-type sheet is underneath.
