I love this headset, but I hate it too. I use this thing ALL day long for conference calls at work, and the sound is good. I can hear everyone on the phone well and they can hear me well. The range isn't too good. If I leave the phone in a room and walk to another room, it's not too far down the hall before the signal quality degrades, but I can work with that. My biggest problem and the one that earns the 1-star rating is that the ear hooks, which I prefer to use instead of the in-ear accessories, break easily. This headset comes from 2 swivel ear hooks. Great design and quite comfortable. But like all ear hooks, they don't hold up. I'm still ok with that. What I'm bothered by here is there seems to be no place to purchase replacement ear hooks. I looked around and can't find any. The manufacturer doesn't have a website, so buying some there is not an option. I emailed EASTOP Tech, and the email just bounces back. Basically the company seems to be an offshore black hole. If you plan on getting this headset and using the ear hooks, I recommend that you look for a different headset.

I have used this unit for few days, these are what have found so far:Pro:- easy to attach it to the ear- voice is clear. while it is not super loud but it is normal level- comfortable to wear for an hour or two, but not longer, this is true for all the in-ear style headset, I have used many. the key is to take it off for few minutes so your ear can get some rest- stay connected. this is important as you don't want to find out the device is disconnected when picking up a callCons:- powers off when charging, you will have to power it back on to connect to the phone.- ringer volume is really low, it is hard to hear even in a quiet office, you won't hear it at all when outside- annoying blue flashes, the manual does not say anything about it, so I guess it is used to help locate it. well it is just too bright and frequent. imagine people see your ear flashes every few seconds- there will likely be no support from the manufacturer, where is their website?since I used only few days, there is no way to tell about its durability and longevity, if it stays good for a year then it is pretty good.despite the 3 star rating I still recommend this one over many that are more expensive. for example, I have used maybe a dozen different plantronics units, from $25 to $80, they have many bell and whisles, but most don't stay connected!

This is the first bluetooth ear piece that I have purchased. I bought it because of the low price, and I am not disappointed. I am very impressed with the sound quality; it even sounds better than the speaker on my Galaxy S4, and people say they can hear me better than just through the phone. Battery life is great for what I need it for. I only use it for a few hours a day and the battery level stays at high for about a week. Ear piece is fairly comfortable; I use only the little rubber part and it stays in my ear just fine. My only issue so far is that occasionally when the battery level gets to medium, it will turn off. I can turn it back on and it will say battery medium and continue to work, but it's a little annoying when you are in the middle of a call and have to do this. Other than that, I have no complaints and I am very happy with this purchase.

It's small. It's inexpensive. But you get what you pay for. So many complaints from the side I'm calling to. The have trouble with noise. Even when I'm in the car with a/c turned off and windows up, it's hate to hear me on the other end. Forget it if you're trying to talk and you're in a crowded lobby or store.

Easy to set up. Connects very well to phone. Battery lasts quite some time. Simple and it does what it is supposed to.The only negative is that it is almost too quiet. If you have background noises you have trouble understanding the other person.It will take some time to get used to.Otherwise great headset!

Works well. No complaints. Do wish the it had a little more features.... but not really complaining. Bought it for my new 5se since the factory installed micro phone is horrible... no one could understand me. Now, I can have a conversations without someone interrupting me by saying "what?".

The back ground nose comes thru with clearly, not a good feature for the person on the other end. Also Volume maxed out and I could hear the person I was talking to but it if I need more volume it wasn't going to happen. It is cheap, but if you are going to use it in public, outdoors, or in your car it isn't a good choice.

My phone speaker broke...so I bought this thing and it's so easy to use! I can make calls again and being hands free is so nice when the price is right!
