Great result, after long term use I can say this is a really good supplement for your body and your mind

I’ve only started taking these today, so it’s too early to see full results, but I like the combination of vitamins C, D and zinc for immune support - exactly what I was looking for while recovering. The capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle comes sealed and well-packaged. I also appreciate that it includes 180 vegetarian capsules, which is great value for money. So far, everything looks good. I’ll continue taking them daily and hopefully feel better soon.

Received these today I open d them and took a dose then noticed that the best before date is Dec 2022 90 days supply and today is 17/10 so that’s 76 days until the expiry date. If I hadn’t already opened them I would have returned them. They are very big and I did not find them easy to swallow
