Francamente esperaba un libro que fuese más claro sobre cómo llevar a cabo el proceso para el desarrollo de nuevos productos. Ni un caso práctico para estudiarlo. La calidad de impresión del libro se me hizo muy baja, con base en el precio que pagué por él.Otra cosa que no me gustó es que me llegó sin ninguna envoltura, como si fuese un libro que alguien tenía en su casa y de repente me lo mandó. El contenido súmamente pobre.

A clear, beautifully illustrated and concise step-by-step guide, detailing the reason (why), the objective (what) and the way (how) to achieve each step in the design process with practical examples.A table at the beginning and a flow chart at the end of the book have all steps/chapters neatly summarized, and appropriate references or follow-up reading are presented at the end of each chapter, such as pirate metrics or prioritization matrices.Several concepts and useful ideas were new to me and I can see how combining them may have a positive impact in product improvement.A Kindle version of this book would be great to have for commute/mobile reading.
