It arrived at earliest estimated delivery date. It's Toner, like those offered competitively elsewhere, but word was omitted from Amazon listing. It was easy to use after watching Schwarzkopf website video & I like the results.

Turned my hair black
This colour is nothing at all like the swatch. It turned my white (pre lightened) hair almost black. I followed all the instructions, used a Vol 10 developer and even under developed it a bit.
