I love my juicer. Easy to use. Easy to clean. It did get clogged with the citrus fruits but it was easy to clean. Didn’t take long for it to produce amazing juice, it worked pretty fast.

I took a half an hour. The machine is very loud, and it made a mess in my kitchen counter. I just stopped twice to clean that thing out so that the pulp could get out. It gets zero stars, and no one should buy this device unless you have time and earmuffs. Not happy at all.

I would say this a good product. The reason for not giving 5 stars for a "Great" product is because the inside flap seems to get clogged often not allowing the pulp and skin to push through which makes me have to stop the huicing process to unclog it but the juice release is wonderful and the best I've had so 4 stars!

I like the design of the product, its not too big or too small. The product is sturdy, easy to clean, assembly and disassemble. I didn't find it too loud. There is a little bit of pulp in the juice, but I like it. I made some orange & apple juice and the juice was ready in under 2 minutes. So speed and efficiency.

I really thought this was going to be a great juicer, but on my second use I started to have some issues with the machine. Pices of pulp started to get stuck in the machine spout and pulp started building up under the squeezing auger. For every one cup of juice, I have to stop and clean out under the squeezing auger. if I don't clean auger by the second cup it starts to jam. The feeding cup will not release if under the auger is too full of pulp. I also like to make two different types of juice each time a use Amzchef Juicer. I can smell a slit burning of the motor coming for the machine, so I have to turn it off and wait before continuing. In my opinion Amzchef Juicer works, but if you want to juice long term try upgrading to something more powerful with less cleaning.
