Hose is very light weight which is what I needed. I needed a second hose for my front flower beds and trees and this is working very nicely for me. I don't use full pressure so I can't comment on how well it does under full expansion. Very happy so far.

this piece of junk made me look like i had wet my pants overtime it was used, the hose leaked from both q.d. connectors so being the garage and my self were soaked. this item is not even worth placing in the land, it is a good waste of resources and technology, i urge amazon to discontinue handling product du to the amount of returns traffic that will be encountered .

I am updating my review as after six weeks of use it popped into two pieces! Well, the inside popped, and the force of the water also split the outer cover. I am out of the return period so have written to the company to see if they will replace as it must be defective. Holding the stars at a three until I find out if they will replace it. If they do, it goes back up as I loved using this hose. If they don't, it goes down to a one star for bad material or bad service. We shall see.Next update, they immediately arranged for money back even though it was out of the 30 day return period. I am ordering another and hoping it will last."Super duper garden hose. I did not get this free or discounted for a review....I have used other people's expandable hoses and they all have leaks or are dicey in terms of strength. This hose is amazing. Strong, flexible, lightweight compared to the regular hoses. Expands perfectly. Makes my watering chores so much easier. I plan to get another for the back yard when I can make one of the heavy ones wear out. Might have to purposely have an accident with them so I can have another Uberhose. The outside covering is much stronger material than the other expandables I have seen. Not all ruffled. Great hose.

It's a good idea, but I don't think it really does what it says. First of all, it leaks - from both ends. I can fiddle with it and get a leak to stop, but it starts again sometime later, usually after a pressure change. Secondly, it is not a 50 foot hose. It is a lot shorter than that. True, it will stretch out to something like 50 feet, if I have the nozzle turned off and all the pressure is on the hose. But as soon as I turn the nozzle on and the pressure drops inside the hose, it retracts, leaving me fighting it. This hose is useless to me.

A tad more expensive than the cheapie expanding hoses which I tried first that ended up getting leaks from nicks and snags around the yard.Loved the sturdy feel and ease of handling so much, I bought another one for the other side of the house and one as a gift for mother-in-law.

This is a new review.I have had this hose for over 1 year, close to 2 and believe this is the 2nd summer. Washers that were sent did not work and every time using this was an experience in soaking! BUT ... I kept using it.This year, I carefully took it out, hooked it up and turned it on .... 1/2 the water flow of anything else but I figured it was still good.Yesterday, I went to use it for the 2rd time this summer and it went flooding everywhere. The outside cover was so weak it ripped and a clear bubble stuck out and suddenly exploded.This was a very expensive hose for something that performed so badly.

being a prime member i received this hose in 2 days, it seems a lot stronger than other expandable hoses ive had in the past, i love these type hoses,but they burst after a bit,i havnt had this one long but it does seem stronger so hope it will last longer.
