House Greyjoy as of September 2022 isn't the easiest army to play in A Song of Ice and Fire, but is an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys playing with intriguing triggers and synergies to make a small time horde army into a force that can boast units with 2+ hits and 2+ saves with regeneration that regularly restores units from a single rank quite possibly back to near full strength. For a comparison I'd equate them with Nighthaunt from 3.0 Age of Sigmar, albeit this isn't a 1 to 1 comparison. The miniatures themselves easily get you up to strength to play any of the exciting Viking oriented skirmish wargame rulesets we've seen in recent years like SAGA. While poses do repeat there is variety and the unit types are distinctive. The included heroes are also distinctive and could handily fit in as player character heroes for your rpg game.

This set was on for 68$ so I bought it. Great game and great minis.
