Softens calluses immediately! Good, strong product
I bought this to treat fungus under my big toenail, research suggests that this type of product might allow tea tree oil, etc., to better permeate the nail. I won’t likely know how well it works because I’m using so many approaches at the same time: urea, tea tree oil, ozonated sunflower oil, Imperial Feet, vinegar, baking soda and ingesting olive leaf extract, heat (blow dryer), ozone, and a blue light/“laser” device. And onychomycosis is not only notoriously hard to treat, but hard to know what is happening during treatment. However, I applied this to the calluses on the heels of my feet and noticed that they were softer immediately after the first application. The product seems loaded to the saturation point — it has many small linear crystals, which could be urea or salicylic acid. The crystals that don’t dissolve into my skin, and I’m concerned what they might do to my clothing. If I buy more urea, I’d try 40% concentration. But this seems like a very good, strong product!

Gamechanger. A++ for efficacy, tricky on application- 'good' different and worth it.
Writing this because other reviews mention texture- yes it says creme, but the high % of urea gives it a texture that is more like a tube of sugar scrub- not a whippy, thick uniform goo. Because the magic ingredient that works, urea, crystalizes in a high concentration. This just requires that you shake/squeeze it before applying( crystals will sound like really wet sand). It'll come out liquidy, so be gentle squeezing! I could feel some grit of crystals as I applied the creme to my feet, but didn't feel any after I put on socks( the crystals dissolve pretty quick). This % was recommended by my dr, and it worked soooooo well. I've tried every other treatment literally and this does the thing it says!!!

Strong but runny
I like that it's 50% urea but I wish it was a cream instead a gel. It's a little hard to control and not very moisturizing.

Bad quality
I am a chemical engineer and I create cosmetic products. I bought this cream because I have a problem with dry skin and cracks. As a person who has a lot of experience in creating cosmetics, I can say that this is a gel, not a cream. In addition, the technology of its production is violated, since the ingredient urea is not completely dissolved and those white particles that are visible and felt in the gel are urea. So I think that this gel contains not 50% urea, but much less. In general, 25% urea is enough if you add vitamins and d-panthenol. In general, I think that this product is defective and cannot be used.

The best urea product for calluses
If you are callus-prone, you know what an ordeal it can be to keep up with them without making the problem worse. This is the ONLY urea product I have tried that actually keeps my heels soft(ish), and keeps the calluses from hurting and getting tougher faster than I can treat them.I do have to use it at least every other night, and periodically use a callus rasp (the “cheese grater” looking thing). But even though there is no permanent cure to being a “callus former,” this is the best product I have found to manage the issue.

Bottle of shards
This is a liquidy serum texture full of urea shards. They feel like glass and I only use this to mix in with my normal urea cream, to thin it out some. In oil, the urea shards melt and emulsify. Will not repurchase.
