Franke Sirius S2D611TS 1.0 Bowl Grey Tectonite Reversible Kitchen Sink & Waste

This is a lovely sink. However the waste pipe from the plug, is not straight down. It's German made and the fittings from the plug ( witch are part of it, an non changeable) are at a angle to incorporate the over flow. We had to return it. The surplyers insisted I had to print a return. Difficult as I had no access to a printer. Worse still they did not acknowledge my return. After a week I contacted them and they claimed no knowledge of the return. Even though I sent the return receipt. I had to call amazon and spend ages trying to get my refund. Unless you have tons of room under your unit and able to re route your waste plumbing I'd be careful

Overall happy with this sink. Good quality sink, nice and deep. A small piece of our worktop had to be cut out to make the sink fit. Also had to buy different fittings as the ones supplied didn't fit the pipework under our sink.

I love the big basin it's huge compared to our old sink, easy to clean, our fitters had no issue installing, realised it says to fit to a 600mm unit but we managed fine on a 500

The sink hasn’t gone unnoticed in the kitchen, in fact it’s been very noticeable. It looks classy and modern. Only time will tell as to how durable it is, but the warranty is long enough.Over all, I’m very happy with the look, cost and easy to install. There’s even a Franke installation video on YouTube

Ordered this kitchen sink & got next day delivery free of charge. Its a lovely colour(light grey) & its nice & deep. I love it even before its fitted. It will look fab in my new kitchen. Great service from supplier.

Do Not Buy ! The Waste pipes are Non Standard size. I went to 6 different plumbing stores to find pipes that will fit the waste pipes supplied every store did not have piping to fit. In the end I threw the entire waste system in the bin and fitted a standard size. I wish I had never bought this sink. My advice is do not buy this as you will run into problems with the waste pipes being non standard size.
