Effective with traumatized children
I have to say that given the directness of the game I wondered how helpful it could be for some of my very clever, traumatized, angry clients. To my surprise, all but one child responded very well to the board game and the sound effects we made up for certain parts as the we played. I work mostly with boys who do not like to answer questions or talk about themselves, but were able to do so by using this game.Yes, the cards are not laminated. No, the game does not come with a box. However, it does come with plastic bags to hold each, and if you needed to keep them pristine, you could get them laminated. For now, I am happy to use them in the condition they are in. I have not had a child complain about the quality of the game yet, and will see, in time, how well it holds up to frequent use.

Highly recommend, it's a favorite among my clients
I ordered two of these. I use them with kids. This is their favorite game out of all my games/activities. Kids love the questions, and I use it with a variety of elementary aged students. It helps very much with facilitating a conversation about anger/frustration, and solutions/conflict resolution. Highly recommend. Just wish the game board was sturdy cardboard and foldable.

Good therapeutic game but NO professional boxing.... I am very disappointed due to that!
Evan though I like the game and the therapeutic idea (that is why I gave 2 stars), I believe it is very NOT OK and shameful to sell the product without the professional box. On top of that, the board is made from the paper that is laminated. It looks like someone made a poor copy of the original game. If it is the case, than the copy rights have been broken. For such a poor, "home made" product the price is too high...It does not look professional and I am very disappointed because of that. I am sorry.... In the twenty first century you could do better, unless you really do not care about people and you show them your middle finger. If this is the case, why do you sell and maybe create "therapeutic" materials? Just for the MONEY? I feel so sorry for the seller(s)....

Great game for teaching anger management to children
I am a child therapist and use this game with the majority of my clients. It has been useful in supplementing the therapy process with children. The reason I am giving this four stars and not five:There are a couple of misprints on the board and cards. The cards are only made of paper--laminate is much better. It does not come with a box.

Talking about angry feelings made easy
I am a school counselor and I love this game...and so do the kids. They request to play it! I find that this game offers a simple and gentle way to talk about angry feelings. It is fun for them and yet also productive as the game offers positive ways to work on expressing or dealing with angry feelings. The board is paper thin and easy to store and with my limited space this is great, also it is pretty durable and when you work with angry kids that's a plus!

A little disappointed...
First thing I noticed when I got this game was there was NO BOX!! Paying $30 for a game, you would think that a game box would be part of it...Second, the "game board" is only a laminated paper. Not going to be as durable as an actual game board found in other games.Otherwise though, the game is great to use with kids that I am working with as a counselor who are working through anger issues.

Great game
I also incorporated a bomb explosion sound from an app that I press when we land on the bomb square. My boys love this game.
