Will work
Perfect for my job, but, I think the pouch in the back is pointless..unless you want to use it for paper..that's all it would be good for cause it's too close to the body. Would have been better to have the pouch in the front instead of the smaller one there.

On the ranch
Using this to hold my iPhone, note pad, pens and small flash light. I even get a buck knife in there when needed. I like it as my phone never freezes or is in my pant pocket to get broke while fixing equipment. Easy access to answer phone when in the saddle as well.

Pocket shredded
my husband loved it.. comfortable easy access to pockets but the time center.pocket flap has now. Shredded so if he bends over his phone falls out

The snap attachment
The elastic string that secure the radio come untied very easily. Other then that it's a great radio holster
