Redbarn - Meaty Bone Large Real Femur Bone (6 Inch) Natural Dog Food & Dog Treats

Have purchased these through petsmart before and LOVE them and their quality. Our three grand puppies adore them. This is the first time we purchased these through AMAZON and have to say we are not impressed. Within a half hour, our 12 pound goldendoodle found herself in a pile of bone shards. We had ordered two others, and they also split. Not sure if these were a bad batch, and didn't make it through quality control, but use caution. Very dangerous to furbabies when they splinter and break.

This is the 3rd Redbarn Bone I’ve purchased and it crumbled as I opened it. Removed the broken pieces and gave to my pup under supervision. Began splintering within a day. The others I’ve purchased have last well over a year with no splintering. Just wanted to get her a new one for Christmas.

My Jack Russell is a big chewer and destroys everything we give her. She LOVES this bone. She has not destroyed it and chews on it regularly still

This bone lasted maybe 5 minutes. It states that it's for aggressive chewers. Within minutes of opening it, my dog had it broke in half & pieces splintered. I'm thankful I was watching my dog & it wasn't consumed resulting in veterinary care or worse. Beware, this bone is not safe for pets & definitely not worth $10.
