I have 3 dogs ranging from 3-11 yrs. old. It is very important to me that my dogs are taken care of. I know as they get older their dental hygiene lacks. I love how easy this product is to use to make my dogs have better dental hygiene. As many know the older the dog gets the worse the breath is. No matter how much you brush their teeth or give them dentastix it still doesn't do the trick. All I do is fill their water up and give a little bit of this stuff in their water bowl. I can’t for certain say it changes the flavor of the water but all of my dogs drink from the same bowl and they all drink it. I can see it has already made a difference. I would highly recommend this product to any dog or cat owner. It definitely helps them out.

With 4 indoor only (formerly stray and feral) cats and a small dog keeping them happy and healthy is a priority. I don't buy food or beverages for the family that aren't grown/made in the USA and that includes our little menagerie. Every day we wash the pet water dishes and they get fresh, filtered water with this additive. They all drink it, yes the cats drink it. A recent wellness trip to the vet for our oldest 2 cats tells me it is well worth it. The vet was pleased with they teeth and gums. They all eat canned and dry food MADE IN THE USA and drink filtered water with Pet Water Additive Dental Care.

I had to search my trash folder so I could come leave a positive comment! I have a small dog with bad teeth that I simply cannot get to let me brush her teeth. After trying other products like dentabones and dissolving breath strips, someone suggested this. I had to play with the ratio and gradually increase in order to get my girl used to it, but today she jumped into my lap trying to lick my face, and her disgusting breath was GONE. Before it smelled terrible. I opened her mouth and it even looks like it's taking off some of the nasty tartar buildup. Best $12 I've ever spent on a pet product.

I like this product because it seems to work and smells great. I have four dogs and I pour this in their big water container. The reason I give it four stars is because it takes a lot, it is 2 tablespoons per 16 ounces, so this small bottle only lasts me about 2 fill-ups of my big water container for my dogs, and the water container lasts about a week, so one bottle lasts me two weeks. Therefore I wish it was cheaper and that it would come in a much bigger container, other than that it works great and is a good product.

Our senior dog had her teeth cleaned by Vet and one tooth pulled year ago. She recommended continued daily care to avoid tarter build up. I researched options, coming across this product. I followed up with Vet,showing her the product and details. She quickly approved the idea. I purchased a bottle a year ago adding to all water supply. We have one dog and two cats, all rescued. All three have regular visits to Vet and teeth are always checked. They always pass inspection. Our dog's teeth look good, not having any further tarter build up. I have asked the Vet if they should have teeth cleaned, she says "not at this point". This is a reorder since the pets teeth are currently OK. The price of the product is far less then the Vet Dental Bills. (Note: when the additive was first introduced to our pets water supply it took a couple of days for them to like it. Once they got use to it, they readily drink.)

Unfortunately, the lid wasn't on very good so about a quarter of the container had already emptied itself upon receipt. With that said, I did at least try the product with my pups. The odor was just too much for them and they avoided their bowl. I thought it smelled great. They disagreed. I had set out two bowls, one with and one without. I can't speak obviously to the effectiveness of this product, but if you have finicky pups, there are alternatives out there with no scent or flavor. Picked another one out and the pup have zero issues.

I bought this product in September 11, 2016 and now less than five months later (today, February 6, 2017), the liquid is cloudy. When I first purchased it was clear translucent light green and now it is cloudy green. The bottle does not have any expiration date. I went on the website provided on the label to see if there would be further information if I can still use the product but the website does not work (website can not be found). So now, I am questioning the company.In the beginning when I started using the product, I didn't really notice a difference but I did not use it for more than two weeks. My dog didn't seem to mind but both of my cats did not drink from the water.The two stars is solely upon the fact that the product became cloudy, there was no expiration date on the bottle and the available resource was not accessible.

Once I received this in the mail, I opened it and couldn't wait to try it! It's only been a few days but I can already tell a big difference in my dogs teeth and gums. Her breath is a lil fresher and she loves the taste! It's a win win with this item cause she has a fresher and healthier mouth and fresher breath as well! I bought this item at a reduced price for in return my unbiased opinion.
