Convenient & reliable
Love this container. It keeps drinks cold, seals airtight with a lock & has a convenient handle to carry container.

Great product and will keep your drinks hot or cold for hours
I have several Contigo insulated cups with secure lids. They all work fine. I wanted one that could clip onto my belt or backpack, so I got this one. I've had a Contigo Bryon (a different model) for about 4 years without problems, but did need to replace the gasket once after about 3 years. So my one minor recommendation would be if Contigo could standardize their gasket size, so if at some time you need to replace the gasket, it's the same on all their insulated cups (not slightly different). I put their cups and lids in the dishwasher (our dishwasher does NOT have a heating element and I put the lid on a 3rd shelf at the very top). I'd be more cautious if the dishwasher had a heating element.

Keeps drinks cold
This insulated steel bottle keeps my drinks ice cold for hours during bicycle rides. I've literally forgotten it sitting in the sun, and come back for it hours later and there was still ice inside. I was looking for easy, 1 hand operation with a lockable cover that would protect the mouthpiece from any dirt and splash. This fit the bill almost perfectly. The mouthpiece is always clean, the top never popped open accidentally, the lock is easy to use with one hand, but occasionally the push button to release the cover needs a second push to flip the top open. As for cleaning, the bottle is great - use a bottle brush - and the top has many smooth contours, but I usually let the top rack of the dishwasher take care of that. If you prefer a different top, maybe with a straw, or large opening, many of their tops are interchangeable. And they have a great warranty. This is the best insulated sports bottle I've found so far.

Our favorite water bottles, but the handle breaks easily
These Contigo water bottles are our favorite, they keep water cold for hours, the design of the lid is great (although we prefer the simple flip top than those come with 24 oz bottles with squeeze-to-drink design). Unfortunately, the metal pin that hole the handle together breaks easily. One of our 6 Contigo bottles broke within one month of use, the other lasted one year before it just pop out for no reason (didn't bang on things or drop on the floor). I wish they would sell the lid separately because now we have 3 bottles with broken lids. I am debating to buy more Contigo bottles just so we can use those old bottles with the new lids or try a different brand.

Love my Contigo bottle!
I'm a big fan of Contigo bottles, and have owned many different versions for many years. As for this particular model, I also have it in the non-stainless version. It's a nice sized capacity bottle, easy to hold, good sized spout opening, and a nice locking lid mechanism. It's also super easy to keep clean as there aren't any hidden areas you can't hit with a sponge or dishwasher. This 'chill' version really keeps my water cold, for hours, while my non-chill version keeps water on the tepid side...but still love using that bottle too. Contigo support is also terrific, as they do stand behind their products, having spoken with them only twice across the many years due to a broken handle on a lid and for a seal that somehow fell out of the bottle during a wash. Excellent products and excellent manufacturer.

Happy with these
These containers keep water cold all day while at work. I put in six ice cubes in the morning before 7am and they are not completely melted until well after 4pm. The lid and spout are both perfect.

Love this bottle
After losing a smaller 20 oz. version of this bottle, which I loved, I got this 24 oz. one to replace it. Light, solid, well-made. Love the lockable pop-top, and it really seems to require a lot less washing than a twist top. Plus, it's way more convenient. This bottle is on the tall side, FYI.

These are great!
I live in the high desert where it is often hot and dry in the summer. I always bring water and iced tea with me in the car and when I go on walks. I've tried a number of different insulated travel mugs and bottles over the years and these are my favorite. The ones I used most often previously were the 17 ounce stainless vacuum bottles with a narrow neck. My previous favorite travel mug was the 17 oz. GEMFUL Travel Coffee Mug. I prefer the Contigo Jackson because: it holds more, it's easier for me to hold, and it has a much wider mouth to drink from.I like that the body of these narrows a little about 1/4 of the way down which makes them easy to hold. They fit well in my car cup holders and in the bottle holders of my packs. I put a strap through the handles when I use these with my pack to ensure they can't fall out.I like the wide mouth (for adding ice) and I like the narrower but fairly wide mouth piece which allows me to chug. The locking works really well but the push button does not always flip open the lid. I think it fails when the pressure inside the bottle is lower than the pressure outside. For me this is just not a problem because I use a finger or thumb to flip it open. It's still very convenient.Several times I have left one overnight about a quarter full with water and ice. A lot of the ice ice was still there the next morning.I like these so much, I use them around the house now as well as in the car and on hikes. I have a couple of the non-insulated ones which are great for the wintertime but in the summer, good vacuum insulation is the way to go.
