Smells nice.

I love the whole presentation of this candle. It reminds me of a smaller version of the Byredo Bougie Parfumee candles with its simple but chic black glass jar. Plus the unusual Santal fragrance is similar to the Byredo scent Altar, a spicy/woody church incense aroma ideal for burning on a cold winter night. While this is smaller than the Byredo candles, it's still much more reasonably priced. And the clean burning soy wax is potently scented, filling the entire house with its heavenly aroma. Burn time is pretty short for a candle this size. The package states 30 hours and I'd say that's about right. But all in all, if you're tired of the big shopping mall brands and their "country bumpkin" styles but don't want to pay big bucks for a contemporary minimalist candle at Sephora or Henri Bendel, definitely check this out.

Disappointed that the scent was so faint.

This is the mother of all candles. Small but mighty. Smells great, like the smell of a brand new car lol. I put it in my bedroom and it smells great!

Was disappointed with how little it smelled. Waiting patiently as the wax melted, significant time passed, enough wax melted and still, I could not smell the fragrance in the room. Not a good “scented” candle, as it does not release any fragrance.

Don’t waste your money, doesn’t smell like anything unless you’re 8 inches away from the lit candle

This Candle Was A Gift To My Mom. She Said That She Loves It.

I found the scent of this relaxing, with gentle floral and herbal notes that make the room pleasant to be in. It would be a nice candle for a bathroom or for use while studying. I like that it is different than most scents. The black jar is also nice. The only critique I have is that the throw is short and seems to run out of steam around halfway through. Still, this would make a nice gift.
