Best product ever, and these balls are HUGE! I will buy more for gifts so my family can get away from the chemical dryer sheets.

NIce big softball size. Speeds up my drying time and now have no static in our clothes. Very happy!

When our dryer went kaput recently, mid laundry cycle, of course, I had to finish up at my Mom's. She has dryer balls and I noticed that even though I left the load for a little while after it was done, the clothes came out quite unwrinkled. So when I saw a chance to get these Wool Dryer Balls Fabric Softener For Laundry Reusable Premium 3 Pack Largest Available 100% Organic New Zealand No Fillers by Briar Island at a discount in exchange for my honest review, I decided to try them.I have now done many loads of laundry with them. Small, medium and large loads. While nothing stops a few wrinkled items in "too big" loads, I do think these dryer balls definitely help. They for sure stop static cling, I have forgotten to add dryer sheets (for the scent) to a couple loads and nothing stuck together.As with any load of laundry, medium (for your equipment) is probably best. Too small and the dryer tends to not work as well, too big and the clothes end up uber wrinkled. Still, overall, I have done shorter times and my loads seem to be drying at least a little faster and I could probably go entirely without dryer sheets if I didn't want the fresh scent. I may look into using essential oils, which I have seen mentioned.Overall I like these dryer balls and will continue to use them as I think they do a pretty darn good job. These wool dryer balls are a great natural method to saving drying time and energy. They are quite cost effective and will pay for themselves quickly. The three large balls (about 5" in diameter each) really do cut the drying time in one-half to two-thirds of the time without them. It's quite amazing!These balls are solid wool - pretty compact. You just toss them in the dryer with your clothes and dry as usual. The balls constantly move theclothes around and separate them, so that they have the ability to dry quicker.Using the wool balls does make drying your clothes quite a bit louder than without using them. Quicker drying and saving energy overrides the loud drying for me!The balls do collect lint and become pilly quickly, but they still do their job, so that is only a cosmetic issue.These wool balls come in a nice drawstring bag to keep them neatly stored away when not in use.I was fortunate to have received this product at a discounted price. 3 balls, 20 minutes won't completely dry 5 towels. But hang them up for an hour (after your dryer) and they'll be dry. So in that sense I guess I'm saving money. Great cat toy also!
