These work very well
I’ve ordered some different brands in the past, however changing the filters after two months, this collects more than the other older filters I had. Highly recommend

works well, good for the price.
It does the job. I had been using Honeywell, but wanted to save a few bucks.

These really improve air quality according to my monitor
These really reduce PM 2.5 pollution according to my air quality monitor, especially when cooking. Now that only remaining question is whether they're too restrictive or not for HVAC system. That's a hard question to find the answer for it seems.

Great, for the price (see details)! Recommended
I replace my air filters as directed by the fan timers in my thermostats, and considering I bulk buy my filters, it'd been a while since I'd last purchased any. Maybe it's that 3M is busy making masks, but I was surprised to see that the cost of my regular 3M Filtrete filters had skyrocketed. Given that, it was time to find an alternative. While the Nordic Pure 16x25x1 MERV 12 Pleated AC Furnace Air Filter (Box of 6) are not as nice as the Filtretes I'm used to, they are still well made. The filter frame, while cardboard, doesn't flex or collapse with a large negative pressure load. Even though the filter sizes are standard, I've found that the frame dimensions have some variation, from manufacturer to manufacturer... in this regard, Nordic Pure is a little smaller than what I'm used to, but I do think that everyone should be using take to seal up the sides anyway. What's the point of a nice filter, if you're just going to suck in garbage around the perimeter, right? As far as the filter goes, I'm happy with the performance. I'm used to 2200-2400 MPR, but went lower in this case. The filtration performance is a bit lower, but with the benefit of flow rate (which helps with the undersized unit at that side of the house). "Lower" performance is a relative declaration... the filters are still worlds better than all of the low to mid-tier ones that you'd get at a hardware store. Recommended.❤️ If you found my review helpful, please let Amazon know by clicking the helpful button below

What do I know?
They're rated MERV 12. How do I know if that's actually the case? I don't. I know they are a lot cheaper in price than the major brand, and our forced air system seems to work like it always did, and perhaps the air is just as clean as when I used the major brand's very expensive filters. But I can't say for sure - I have no way to test them. If you want to save a lot of money, then buy these - they seem to be performing the same as the MERV 12s I used to buy for a lot more money. Other than that, the 6-pak is handy, and the box they come is very thick and heavy cardboard material - which I use for floor protection while working on our old house.
