Compact Commercial Soft Serve Ice Cream, Frozen Yogurt, Gelato, Sorbet Machine - 7 Quart Capacity

This machine was the hit of our family reunion! It holds about 7 quarts of mix and we got about 50 ½-cup servings out of a single batch. As advertised, the machine produces soft serve ice cream in about 20 minutes. The kids (and adults) really enjoyed making their own sundaes. The English in the user manual is not that great, but the machine itself is very easy to operate. Clean up was a cinch—we flushed the machine with Stera-Sheen sanitizer as suggested, and threw all the removable parts in the dishwasher. Can’t wait to try out different flavors. We put the extra in the freezer to eat later. Very happy with our Polar Swirl!

machine worked only for 2 weeks than the plastic handle broke, they replaced it but it broke again handle is made of a light hard plastic very frail andsnaps easily but that was not the main problem..... after couple weeks started leaking badly I must have tried 20 times to get some help checked their website and left feed back after feed back that i needed a place or a technician in my area to fix the machine ( at my expenses) because i needed .......nothing no technician no place to call for repairs nothing .....they finally contacted me to tell me that the replacement or reimbursement time had passed (my attempts to solve the problem basically ignored) so I am left with a broken machine that never worked properly WHAT DO I DO WITH THAT??/ WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. a little service would have gone a long way SORRY I had to write this but i hope this info. will help the next person

The machine produces excellent soft serve, just make sure you purchase quality mix. The machines control panel is easy to understand and to navigate. The ability to adjust the firmness of the soft serve is handy. The machine is easy to tear down and clean at days end. Have used it more than a dozen times and it is always a hit.

The first party I used this machine was for 300 people. I was able to supply soft delicious ice cream from 11am till 9pm at night. I did have to adjust the machine temperature but once I figured it out the machine was great. Any questions I had, customer support was extremely helpful. Very pleased with this purchase and the support staff.

Machine works great and customer service is excellent. They helped adjust settings over the phone and sent a replacement part right away for a piece my kids broke:)

This machine is so awsome!!!!

My husband loves his soft serve ice cream machine. Just the right size that can be used just for his self or when we have guess. It is a big hit with our grandkids

The product was Evrithing I expected. Just don't mistake compact for easily portable. For events you'd want a smaller machine.
