Better than expected....
I bought these with very little expectation. I had ripped the carpet off the stairs and painted them black, which I loved. But no one was happy in the early hours when someone needed the bathroom and all you could hear was stomp stomp stomp echoing down the stairs. I refused to carpet the stairs again so looked for alternates to stop the echo. I then found this product. I read the other reviews and decided to take the gamble. When they arrived they were a lot softer than I thought they were going to be. I was expecting a cheap wirey feel, but they are really lush. The stickiness that people in other reviews had mentioned was true, there is very little, but they have surprisingly stayed in place and if I ever did want to change them they wont ruin the paint underneath, so for me that was a positive. They arent very thick so not sure how long they will last with heavy traffic, but at £20 its not the biggest loss. Having said that when I saw how thin they were I was convinced they would make no difference to the echo....but they have. All in all I'm really happy and pleased I bought this product!

Did the job amazingly
Our rented holiday home is upside down living with a polished wood open staircase. Last year our Labradors didn’t like them at all and struggled up and down all holiday. We thought we’d take a chance on these, not really expecting them to solve the problem. They have a peel off backing and they stick down really easily on the wooden treads. Our Labradors took to the stairs straight away without a care in the world. A full weeks use six adults and two dogs they worked perfectly and didn’t budge. When checking out they peeled off easily leaving no trace. Luckily we kept the backing sheets to reapply so we can use them next time. Totally satisfied.

Great item
The media could not be loaded. This go down great just what I was looking for stick well.. was just to be temporary but I love the look of them and they feel so sofa to walk on to vvery good value for money for the price I paid.. just thick enough for me and very easy to use.

1 piece missing,
Really lovely, soft and easy to fit but unfortunately I didn't count them before fitting them and turns out I am 1 piece missing, really annoying.Struggling to co ract seller to resolve this.

Great value for money

Beware they may wreck the stair finish. These were down for 7 months
Placed these on my staircase that was painted two years previously. I’d had blue covers before the black that lifted easily and went in and out of the wash. These were nowhere near the success of the previous set from another supplier. I lifted them to wash them and they took all the paint with them. The backing also peeled away so I wouldn’t recommend especially if you’re in rented accommodation. I’m on as it’s my house but for anyone thinking they’ll be damage free as advertised I’d say buyer beware.
