Great for sourdough starter
Use this for my gluten free sourdough starter and much prefer it over brown rice flour for that. The taste is much better!

Not gluten free
Sadly I can’t use this product because of food allergies. I wish this info was available before purchasing. I wouldn’t have purchased this if I knew it wasnt celiac safe. Very disappointed! This is not Gluten Free because it was processed on the same equipment.

Very Delicious ! very filling ! better than wheat any day of the week...
first time I ever ate sorghum porridge ! like it better than cream of wheat, and it doesn't make me sick like cream of wheat did.....I have a bowl before going to sleep...feels so good on my stomach...
