I was very surprised by the great quality of this window shade. It has worked perfectly for months and really blocks sunlight well.

A fairly nice-looking shade once installed. Purchased two and following the instructions, one installed easily and the other posed some challenges. Instructions called for measuring the width and then after making a small starting cut at the measurement mark, ripping the shade upwards to "trim" it to the correct width. This worked easily on the first shade but on the second shade, when 'ripping' it up, the shade didn't rip evenly and by the time I got to the top, it was a good 3/8 inch different (wider) than the bottom. I ended up having to unroll the whole shade on the kitchen floor, measure and mark the while side and then manually trim it using scissors.I've had similar shades in the past for about the same price that were of a slightly thicker material. When I grab the bottom of these to roll them up, I feel I have to be extra careful when I grab the bottom plastic part carefully to make sure I don't accidently put my finger through it or otherwise rip the bottom where it goes around the plastic support bar. You can't 'man-handle' these shades. Other than that, they are nice looking and a good value.

These shades are very thin. I was replacing them with shades bought from Walmart and the Walmart shades were actually thicker and better quality.

I purchased these for a guest room for privacy when folks stay over. They were awful to install (the trimming step is not as easy as they claim). After fooling around with it for an hour, I get it up and it won't even roll up all the way. They also just felt cheap. Sent the others back and am hoping to get my money back on the one I installed then uninstalled since it was defective too.

Color is nice. Easy to install. Great stop gap till I get the more expensive ones. The shade curls up- away from the window at the edges. Weird strech and wrinkle patterns in body of lowered shade. I knew at this price they would not be a long term solution. They will fit the bill of what I was expecting/need.
