At times it was a struggle, I felt it could have had a lot more depth. but I'm glad I finished it.

Good read but a little bit rushed at the end.Good story and interesting characters and right amount of heat.Will read more books from this author.

Callie enjoyed the quiter life, she studied, read books and helped put at her fathers restaurant. But her life was all about to change when Adriano comes knocking. Callies father owed a protection debt to the Castelli, when Adriano goes to collect he finds a better solution in taking Callie. In order to fulfil his late father's will conditions to inherit and secure his criminal empire Adriano must marry a virgin and Callie fits that bill, though she is also a distraction one he cant afford, especially when his fathers family where ganging up against him, intending to take over his territory. But when Callies life is in danger, Andriano has to figure out his true feelings and what Callie means to him, but can Callie truly love a man who has held her captive by threatening her family?This is well written and nicely paced with an interesting story line and chemistry sizzling characters that pack a punch to the hot scenes!

First time I read this author. This is well written and nicely paced with an interesting story line not too dark just right

Callie had a simple life until adriano castilli walks into her life and takes her away as debt her father owes but when other members of he's family want to take over suddenly Carrie life is in danger will adriano save Carrie in time and admit he's feelings towards her this was a good dark readI received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Honestly didn't think it could get any worse and with each chapter it continued to excel in ridiculous scenarios and shallow plot.

What a wonderful storyline and characters, bad boy mafia boss who is ruthless but when he finds her things change

I never really know how to do this, give a review. I don’t want to give away too much information, but always feel as if I don’t give enough. So, here goes. It starts out kinda slow, but not really. The characters were well developed and you really get to know them over the course of the book without it being too much. Some authors give to much information when it’s really not needed. That is not the case here. The characters are really relatable. It was really well written and very engaging. I would recommend this book.

This is the love story of Callie & Adriano Castelli. Callie is strong with family values and manages to bring some good changes inti Adriano over a period of time. The novel does have some shocking incidences but it goes with a mafia theme. The pace of the novel is fast with all ooo....I read through the whole so I guess you can download it if it is part of the Kindle Unlimited offer & enjoy it.The other books in this group are –StuckOnly HisNot Safe

Payment: A Dark Mafia Romance was a good read. Great plot concept. Personally think it would’ve held more impact in present tense but that’s just my opinion.

Though the story was very much predictive, but good point was it moved fast. So, it was not very irritating.. In my opinion character personalities were not perfectly developed. The sex scenes were good but very less and not dark.

This book started off great and then got even better and better and better. Set a bird free and it if comes back it's true love.
