I’ve used this herbal remedy for over 20 years. Before I started using it, I had swollen and aching fingers. The gal at the vitamin store asked me to use it for 30 days and let her know if it worked. I added it to my weekly/daily pill container and at the end of the bottle, I had no more pain. Duhhh! Been using it ever since. I’ve told many doctors and friends about it.

This seems to help my knees better then anything else I tried. I have very little cartilage left but good ligaments and tendons.

I have been taking these over the course of several months and I have to say, I definitely notice a difference when I don’t take them.My knees and back are much more stiff when I don’t take these herbs. They have proven to be very helpful in reducing knee and some back pain.Not a cure but definitely helps!

Only reason I didn't give No.7 a 5-star rating was that it's not for the weak of stomach. I had to stop taking it as I got acid indigestion and acid reflux while on it. That said, if you have a "normal" stomach and take it with food, you will most likely experience excellent results. My body misses it. About a week after stopping No.7, many of my nagging aches and pains returned. I'll need to try something milder. But don't let that stop you. 7 days into taking it you should expect to see positive results. My recommendation is take it with food and not late at night.

I take it when the weather changes and my knee acts up.
