I actually use this to assist my less than great liver. I only take this, folate, and milk thistle. After about 6 months I noticed my hair was really soft and shiny. Was re-looking at supplements for my liver when I read BCAAs were great for hair. This is the only thing I take that might do this. So, I guess this brand has some value. (37 male btw)

This was the first time I had tried the Athletic Mechanic brand of Amino Acids. I usually go to GNC stores to get mine, but the local one closed. I have so far been pleased with this product and the price with shipping and will likely purchase them again when this supply runs out.

It does help with restoring the muscles after workouts, hence I experience less fatigue after my workout....

Not hard to swallow and working good so far!

I am following a weight lifting program which called for their brand of a BCAA. This is more affordable and I really can tell a difference in soreness.

From the first day of use, I could tell how effective these tablets are. My workouts have definitely improved and I will keep using them.

Best BCAA product for the price. These are wonderful and I use them while in ketosis as well as during exercise days.

I wasn't a fan of the non-coated tablets. They just dissolved too quick for me!
