I’ve found this to be very quiet, as advertised. I got the one for >40gal. It’s not very powerful, and not a ton of bubbles are created. With that said, it’s not bad. It definitely seems to work best with the air stone it came with.

Not enough power, there are better ones out there. I would sacrifice noise for output of pressure.

This is perfect for when you just need twinkling bubbles for oxygen and don't want any noise or clunky box. Works great in my 40 gallon tank. Nice big stream from stone. Don't expect to run more than one stone/decoration. And seriously tiny with almost zero noise. My light timer is louder. Just hear the bubbles. Bonus that it attaches to top side so no danger of syphoning. Get the one with the higher model number. YDQB4113. Squarish, oval shape. Has the most power of Hpumps offered.

I received this Oct. 24, 2016 and it quit working Feb. 14, 2017, not good. When it is plugged in it still runs but it just slightly vibrates, not enough to push out any air in the air hose. I'm really disappointed.

Holy cow! I LOVE this air pump! It's soooo quiet and small and sticks right to the side of the tank - I have a 20 gallon and it puts out enough bubbles for happy fish. Have had it for quite a few months and it's working great. I will be buying another one just in case they disappear!

They've come along way with these pumps. With plenty of power, it can direct air all over the place. The only problem is that they must just have one-box-for-all so the box has a picture of the pump that looks like a stingray but inside was the tiny pump that I ordered with the stone and tubing. Great product!!!

Very quiet and arrived quick! I had an aqua top ap100 pump that was making me crazy. This thing is tiny and attached to side of tank and is quiet! This pump still does enough air for me in my 150 goldfish tank!

Love it! Very quiet and puts off more bubbles than the loud one I had before with a huge motor.
