Topper advertised as king size, but was several inches smaller in width and length.Measured 69 x 74 inches. King size bed is 76 x 80 inches. Box stated it was 75 by 79 inches.This was fully decompressed. They don't offer a shipping box to return this in, and once decompressed it will not fit in the box it was shipped in. And there is no way it will cost only $3.99 that they are offering to return ship it to the warehouse. This is appalling.

I finally bought this mattress pad because my sister-in-law bought the same one a few years ago, and everytime I stay there I’m in heaven. Something has changed though because mine is so hot! It doesn’t matter what the weather or what pjs I wear... I’ve even tried setting my thermostat as much as 5 degrees cooler, but I still wake up drenched in sweat.I’m also angry with the company because I followed all the instructions, exactly, and my mattress pad still never “filled out”. I wake up with wrinkles underneath me (see pic) to the point I can feel them when I role over.I don’t usually make big purchases like this unless I’m pretty sure about the quality, and I never go out of my way to write reviews, but I’ve had this thing for over a month now, and everytime I make my bed I get so frustrated- today I just had to say something!To their credit, the pad is still very comfortable- it just absorbs you. But I feel like I’ve traded off one discomfort (stiff back/neck) for another (sweaty and lumpy).

I used this topper for 3 months with a roll out bed (over the horrid mattress that came on the roll out bed) and it worked so well. I can't sleep on most mattresses, I have back and hip pain and also various trigger point pain with Fibromyalgia. I slept great on this. I need the soft cradling affect of a memory foam mattress, but I also need some support. This was like laying on a cloud. And if this would have been on a "regular" mattress it would have been even better. It doesn't get hot either. I used this is FL while staying with family. I priced a very similar topper at a retail store that was twice the price. The density is about 4 lbs which gives support and softness without bottoming out. If you have Fibromyalgia and trigger point pain, You may want to try this on your old mattress, saves buying a new mattress. It has some smell at first, but only lasts a day or two, just air it out a couple days. I also used good quality soft sheets to enhance the cloud affect. I'm very sensitive to rough or stiff textures on my skin. I would def recommend this to anyone with Hip bursitis or trigger points

If this mattress pad came as it looked online it would be amazing. The issue is that it has been boxed up for an inordinate amount of time (as far as mattress pads go...) and it comes completely wonky and with crinkles (large) and is totally useless. I have to rate the company's customer service as EXCELLENT. We called and explained the issues, showed them photos, etc, & bill of purchase (from Macys). They sent us another mattress pad as a replacement and it also has the same issues. Some of the creases and indents never come out, even after weeks without use. We have kept the pad in a bedroom and are still awaiting for it to come to life. NO such luck. That said, the parts that have kept their shape feel great. If it were not for the compression in packaging this would be a superior product. Again, the company gets kudos for their customer service, not their fault that this product just should not be compressed/shipped.

I love this brand. We bought a couple of sensorpedic pillows at a discount store, and they were so comfortable that I have now bought 5-6 more pillows from Amazon and two of these mattress pads. They absolutely revitalized my several years old memory foam mattress. Not too soft and not too firm, and I haven’t woke up with low back pain since I got the one on my bed. I also don’t find it to trap too much heat, so I’m a fan.Interestingly, both mattress pads I bought got lost in shipping and Amazon kindly replaced them. We like to joke that someone else knows how wonderful they are and snagged them before they got to us.
