SHOULD COME WITH THE TOP CAP
I have ordered this product twice and the top cap (for the steerer) was missing. According to Zipp customer service, the top cap SHOULD be included in the box. Asaide form that, the product is top quality.I purchase this product once again hopping that the seller be aware of this issue.
