After trying several carpet cleaners, the BISSELL BigGreen Commercial 49G5-1 is by far the best. The suction power is incredible — it pulls up deep dirt that other machines simply can’t reach. I’ve used it both at home and in commercial spaces, and the results are always impressive: carpets look refreshed, clean, and almost like new. I have three Australian Shepherds. I had a consumer carpet cleaner we used until we went from one dog to three. The Big Green cleaning machine and this solution do a ridiculously good job cleaning our very light tan carpet any time there is an accident or general cleaning is needed. The machine doesnt use a lot of this solution so you get a lot of cleanings per bottle and the carpet dries fast since it isnt saturating your carpet with fluid. VERY good combination.

Product works as expected. Unfortunately, I was shipped a broken/defective jug from the warehouse (triple wrapped so the leak wouldn't show) so I received about 2/3 of my order still in the container. Next time, I'll buy locally.

This is THE BEST carpet cleaning solution! Gets stains and dog smell out. My carpet is 20 years old, 6 dogs later and it looks pretty darn good still.

After cleaning my very dirty rugs from dogs many times now, I think this works better as a pretreatment. I tried using in my Big Green machine however it doesn't get the carpet clean very well. Now I add this to a spray canister and pretreat the rug for at least 15min. Then I only add hot water to the green machine. This method has worked very well.
