These beautiful cards are hand painted by youth who are trained and supported by CEOLI, a center for the disabled, in Cochabamba, Bolivia. For several years, a small group of severely disabled young artists, led by talented art teachers, has been hand-painting greeting cards of typical Bolivian scenes. Each purchase of a CEOLI card makes a difference to the lives of the artists. Cards are blank inside for your personal message.
