Good quality cashew nuts I recommend this brand
I purchased these to use in stir fry’s, curries and other dishes they are useful to have in the store cupboard. The nuts are tasty and fresh and I would definitely purchase them again from the same supplier as it seems a value for money option in comparison to smaller packs in the supermarkets. They are lovely toasted with salt pepper and spices and served warm.

I use the broken cashews for protein shakes, and as a base for vegan icecream and cheese .

Better quality but coarse mixture
The cashew pieces are definitely better tasting and crispy(not soft, chewy or bitter), but the pieces are a coarse mixture of sizes rather than predominantly halves. Probably good enough for seasoning with curries, rice dishes, adding as an ingredient to sweets, cakes, pastries and pies. It might not be aesthetic to serve it separately, either roasted/fried.Given that cashew nuts are high in fats (~50%), it might be good to have a pack like this at home instead of a pack of unbroken whole nuts, since it serves as a deterrent for snacking on these nuts every now and then :-)

Bought this bag of broken cashew nuts as good value regardless they broken pieces , once in mouth they break anyway so really cheaper way of buying them as don't need to be perfect & whole. I eat a small handful each day to keep my magnesium up. Would definitely buy again

Dirty but not bad, I hope they’ll improve the quality
When I bought it most of the broken nuts were dirty, I had to scrap the dirty surfaces each time which is a little struggle. Then I roast them hoping that the heat will make up for the dirtiness but to be honest the taste and texture was nice.
