Amazing and fascinating
I follow Daniella on you tube but this book and her book of all her journeys from were she started and were she as been is an amazing read she has put so much into this book and also she shares on you tube the exercises and clearly explained with tips and explains what it targets I love this book and other one I've read most of it in-between face yoga and work recommend to anyone who would like to follow her routines on you tube or read her books

This book is a must have for anyone looking to invest in their overall health and wellbeing. It has lots of wonderful and easy to implement daily wellness hacks. Its clearly written, inspiring and motivating. Journaling progress really helps keep you focused. Danielle’s Face Yoga techniques really help to improve overall health and wellness, not just your face!

Great journal
I had been dithering about getting this in kindle format as I wasn't sure a journal would work but am so impressed it has been sympathetically converted so you can still follow the journal format and use your own notebook. However the link to the file of journaling prompts doesn't work, saying that the file has expired. Any ideas on where to report this to most welcome! That said, being a Danielle Collins ace Yoga newbie, I am really looking forward to getting going on the journey and transforming my poor tired Zoom face!

Motivational journal
I haven’t actually started to work my way through this journal as yet, but it is my intention to stick to it once I begin. It looks very structured, and you will need to be quite disciplined, and have the desire to get the most out of this book. I think it’s a lovely idea to merge facial yoga, wellness and positivity in a step-by-step journal.

I love this book always at my bedside table
Wow this book is the real deal. Using these techniques on a regular basis will change the quality of your skin for the better. She is wonderful, caring and knowledgable, so genuinely sweet. I have shared it with friends too, and I am totally hooked on face yoga now. Thanks Danielle Collins, you rock!

Well designed
I wasn't sure how to rate this book, because it is very well designed with daily face yoga routines. But after buying my first book from Danielle, which was the ''Face Yoga firming facial exercises'', I really didn't need the journal one. I also have her 20, 15, 8 & 6 minutes a day facial yoga exercise videos, which I do daily. Can't say if it's done any changes to my skin yet, as it's only been one month. But man do I sleep better. Glad I found you Danielle!

Innovative and sincere health guru has a gift for self-discipline and self-love
For about 15 years I have been following Danielle Collins. First, in my yoga course where we were taught face yoga! Then, on a CD version of same that I purchased for a yogini friend of mine. Next, on YouTube - I could watch her endlessly, so calm and friendly. Finally, this version of her personal touch - an anytime diary of self-care ritual that gives us insight to our own feelings about ourselves, our light in the world, and our very unique gift of expressive faces. Reasonably priced for all of the rich ideas she includes in her year's map of "how I came to love my face and its fortitude" experience.
