love the resepi and how easy and simple to follow.. the only thing it’s not for a beginner cook. If you are used to cooking and wanted to add variety and get ideas on ingredients combinations, this is a wonderful book. Can’t wait to try the receipes

Tried a few top ten recipe and found to be great. This is a great author that everyone should buy from. A totally great food ambassador from Malaysia. Everybody who loves Asia food or would think that Asia food is tedious must have this.

Recipes easy to make at home

Fish curry powder and Meat curry powder appear in the recipes but with no definition. Someone living in Malaysia would probably have their own formulations of these powders. In North America we need such details spelled out. There is no index at the end of the book, yet another disappointment.

Have decided to order after our family trip to Malaysia & Singapore. We loved their food so much that after returning back from the trip, I've started to search for authentic Chinese/ Malay cuisine book to recreate those dishes. This book helped me a lot. It does have real Malay peninsula flavour. Definitely recommended.
