Happy Baby Organics Pancake & Waffle Mix, 8 Ounce Pouch (Pack of 1)

I love this one with low sodium comparing to the regular store brand. It has good ingredients. The downside is that the pancakes are not that fluffy. Maybe I didn’t do it right?

We love this mix! Some reviews note it lacking taste, but we did not have that experience. However, when making them we added a bit more powder along with some baby apple or pear food. Our little guy absolutely loved them that way! It's nice that you can break them apart into smaller pieces for littler babies as well. They are so easy to make a batch every so often, and the bag makes plenty of servings for the price!

I ordered this to be an easy meal option for my 7 month old. It is just that - it was super easy to make the mix and meal prep a bunch of pancakes for the week for my son. He had some for breakfast and the mini pancakes that I made were really easy for him to hold and eat. They tasted a little bland, so I topped them with some mashed banana and then he really gobbled them up. Next time I make them, I'll probably add something like blueberries, cinnamon, etc. Overall, I'll buy again!

Great product for the little ones

I wanted to say that I loved this so bad but I opted with making regular pancakes for my kiddo after tasting these ones. She did not like the taste at all (neither did I-tastes super irony). I do love that this is an option and available for babies though. Wasn’t for us but might be for somebody out there

I would not buy this item again. No matter how I tweaked the instructions the batter just didn’t cook up well. I’d rather make my own and buy premade than offer these to my 8 month old.

My baby didn’t like the taste of it as much. She did like it when I added veggies and some salt. It was useful during travel and for quick fixes.
