Amazing - Low Carb - Delicious!
This Scandinavian flat bread / cracker is superb! The net carb on the pumpkin seed cracker is "1" as noted on the nutritional value. These are wonderful with hummus or cheese spread on top for a low carb treat. I also like to crumble one or two for salad toppings / crunches. They are really good and I will be ordering more. Thanks!!!

Nutty
These crackers are my substitute for cookies since I can no longer have refined sugar or white flour baked goods. They’re nothing like a cookie but I feel good about eating them. They’re crispy & nutty & dry but I love them. I initially tried them when a coworker brought them to work because she didn’t like them at all. So there you go. She hates them but I’m totally addicted.

Pretty tasty...
I like the taste and the consistency. I am Diabetic, so pretty good on being low carb. However, the expense may prevent me from buying again. MUCH too expensive for a cracker.

Skinny Confidential recommended, I didn’t like
I get that we need to eat more fiber, but I made the mistake of eating these after I was used to eating a different brand (Dr. Kracker Spelt) . These were dry, crumbly, and I didn’t enjoy the mouth feel . I get that they are a cracker but they felt like sawdust with seeds. Do yourself a favor and get the Dr Kracker spelt ones. Those with a little hummus or cream cheese are thoroughly enjoyable.

Love pumpkin anything!
Love these. I take them in my lunch every day to have with a salad or to top with pbfit. Definitely, part of my everyday menu.

Tasty, Crunchy, & Healthy
Super tasty, healthy, high in fiber and flavor. Easy to snack on plain, with hummus, nut butters, and any other snacking foods one usually eats.
