This is the first chain in a long time that I have been able to wear for more than a few hours. I have tried gold, silver and other types of materials. This chain is truly hypo allergenic. I love it.

My wife & I exchanged crystal pendants instead of rings when we married. I've been wearing mine 24x7 since then (18 years) and have been through many styles of necklaces (gold for a bit, silver, leather, high-tech line when living on a boat). The clasp on my last necklace finally let go (internal spring broke). After a couple of weeks, this stainless necklace is holding up as strongly as I hoped and is more comfortable than the last one having a thicker diameter. No discoloration even though I wear it while working, sleeping, and in the shower. Its long links means it may not wrap as tightly if stored but altogether they are way more than flexible enough to hold a perfect shape around my neck (which it is where it is again 24x7). From various "social distances" (including my wife with her at no distance and who knew it was stainless) no one can identify its material. So hoping the clasp holds for years again.

This necklace is absolutely beautiful. I was honored to give it to my best friend as a reminder of our commitment to each other while we are apart. Because it is stainless steel, it does not tarnish the way that silver would or turn her neck green as some cheaper metals would It's also quite sturdy and has a clasp that is narrow so that any pendant would be able to fit over it, which is actually quite rare to find on such an inexpensive chain.. It is wonderfully shiny and even delicate and fits her well. I wish I would have taken a picture of it before I'd given it to her to show you how elegant it looked. Hopefully, when she gets back from her trip, I'll be able to take a picture of the necklace on her to show how absolutely gorgeous the thing is. So wow I’ve bought a lot from amazon and this was suck a pleasant surprise. It’s very pretty and makes a great gift. It’s packaged very nice and considerably.
