Magma Products, A10-367 Gourmet Nesting Stainless Steel Colander

The stainless steel nesting colander is great fit/finish, and looks like it will last a while. The only fly in the ointment for me is that putting the nesting colander into my set of Magma Products pans increased the overall height of the set by less than an inch, but just enough so that the set does not fit into my cook box. The fix for me is simple - I'll store the pans without the colander nested inside, and I'll store the colander separately in the cook box with other things nested inside of it. The colander was the only nesting component that increased the overall height of the set of nesting pans.

We purchased this colander primarily for pasta. It allows you to both cook then quickly and safely drain your pasta in the same pot. It is the same superior quality of stainless steel as the Magma cookware set, washes up easily and nests with the rest of the set perfectly. That and the collapsible handle means it can be stored in the same compact carry case - not extra pot to try and store. Although we don't use it on the daily, I think it is a very useful add-on to the Maga cookware set and would highly recommend.

Hi Quality product and very handy

Another great accessory I bought to go with our Magma nesting cookware set. This is terrific for pasta, boiled potatoes, corn, really anything you want to boil and then be able to remove and drain quickly and easily. Well made, and it fits in with the rest of our set making for a very compact storage.
