I love this stuff. If I take two a day, I stay regular and feel better and not bloated. Sometimes I’ll give my system a break and skip a day or take one a day. So far I’ve had nothing but positive results. I just ran out and am already feeling bad, so this is something you’re going to want to make sure you don’t run out once you try it and very likely like it.

I was glad to see that Amazon had a few suppliers of ColonClenz. WalMart stopped stocking this item a few years ago. And because my daily regimen includes this probiotic, I'm more than happy to pay for a healthy gut and colon.

IT WORKS
I started with one per day and it caused a lot cramping. However, it took 24 hours to take effect. I had a complete.. you know, and the bloating was gone . I take one per day , so far so good .. and no cramping .

Not working like they used to
I used to take these to help with weight loss it did pretty good because I wasn't regular so I started using the bathroom more while using these pills but I just got them again that was like 2 years ago they're not working like they used to
