SPECIAL EDITION BOOK COLLECTOR here! Where has this been all my life?!?! I am in love with this cutter!! The tips are just pointy enough to puncture the cellophane packaging around the special edition books, and then easily slice down the sides WITHOUT INJURING the books!!! (You still have to be careful, but not like, fragile careful!) This is the best thing since sliced bread! Heck, I'd even try slicing bread with it!Watch the video this company posted, it will literally change your life.PICK THIS ONE!!I purchased a dozen other cutters/exactos/knifes/etc in search of something just like this! Puncturing that plastic and slicing down was my main goal, but when puncturing, not ruining the books underneath! And this is the best I have ever found for that!

Family kept using scissors to open boxes. More than one cut occurred. Thes are cheap and effective. Safe for young users. Great for boxes. Took some to work and spread a few around the house. Worth the purchase.

I’m a manager at a retail store. I was looking for something that would be safe and effective for my team to use. Your everyday box cutters are not the safest.I love these type of cutters because of their safety features but they have always broken easily (I have tested several brands). These on the other hand don’t. My team and I are rough on cutters and these have out lasted the others by weeks. We use them all the time (averaging a few hundred packages and boxes a day).I’ve had to buy more of these cutters since the word has gotten out as to their sharpness and strength, now crews from my sister stores have asked me for them.

Compact size fits in pocket easily. Blade is sharper than the ones work gives us. I will buy more

My son actually bought these for his job. He gave me one to open my packages. It works great. The only reason I took away one star for easy to use is according to the type of box you're opening, it gets hung sometimes, but overall I like them. My son has put his box opener on an extending lanyard that he connects to his belt loop. He's lost so many box cutters so that's why he bought a box full, but with the way he carries it now, he's not lost one and when his coworkers and stores he works in sees his, they comment on it and he's given away some of them. These are great and with an extending lanyard if you have the type of job like my son does where he's opening boxes most of the day, I think you'll like them too.

These are ok, I bought them for me and my crew at work in an industrial kitchen. The pointed edges keep getting caught on things so not ideal to wear on a lanyard or a retractable key holder. We are always opening something, So need quick access They are OK BUT I wouldn't buy again for what I need them for. The blade is only sharp for the first few heavy duty boxes you open after that it's very dull and doesn't cut well at all.
