So.... I have been taking these for a week now and I have actually noticed a difference. I have noticed a difference in my circulation. Let me explain, I used to be cold all the time, even during hot days. My veins in my hands looked shriveled, but not they look better and my hands and feet are warmer. I feel a lot better. I definitely would recommend these. You don't really taste them because they are in pill form. I recommend drinking a glass of water with them. If your stomach is easily upset probably eat a little bit before or after taking them. I take the recommended dose, two a day.

I had incorporated beet supplements to my daily routine but dont like beets and i dont work out, "persay" easy to swallow but I open the capsules to empty in my morning, premixed juice bottle and shake it. It's Very true to flavor and color. Im a semi active person but Seems to help boost my day.

After doing research to find a good quality, made in America, product I have discontinued taking them due to the side effects I experienced. I tried a small dose first, only one pill per day, three different times, and had a stomach ache all day. I then tried taking one at night and the stomach problem actually woke me up. I take many supplements and have not ever had this reaction. It is disappointing because most all reviews were very positive.
