Amazing product! Bought it again as we increased our production and need to print more. Super easy to operate, high speed printing; ink last Ms for a very long time. Also you can easily upload the templates you’re using ( we use for Lot numbers and expiration dates) and have expiration dates change automatically based on the parameters you set up. Also customer service is amazing, we accidentally broke a charger and I reached out to customer service and received a new charger replacement for free. Just Amazing! Very impressed!

I purchased this unit for labeling hot sauce woozy bottles with the lot code and expiration dates, the ink adheres well to glass and once it is dried it is waterproof. I looked at a lot of theses handheld inkjet printers and I am very happy that I chose this one. The print quality is great, it was easy to figure out how to use it and it even comes with a nice little case to keep it in. If you are someone like me that is manufacturing hot sauces it works great, if you need it for marking boxes it works great for that as well. The first unit I purchased has a small issue with the photo electric eye working and after contacting customer service they were more than happy to take care of the issue, very quickly as well! I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service!

The product showed up in an undamaged box from amazon. When I unboxed it and tried to use it the gun was completely unresponsive. I then tried to charge it to see if that would fix it, but it did not. There is nothing I can do to get this thing to work. I will not have to wait over a week to get my replacement, I needed the gun quickly to get a project done and now I will miss my deadline due to a faulty product.

Right out of the box this printer works great. It is easy to use and prints clearly. Simple directions on functions make this very versatile. It also has high memory for storage and long battery life. I would recommend this highly.

After finally getting in touch with the Seller, she was good in giving instruction to make it worked. We are satisfied now with the product.

We have been using this hand-held printer for several months now and are very impressed with quality of the print images and ease of use and would highly recommend it. We are still working on the initial cartridge so can't comment on the quantity of printed images as yet but am very satisfied.

After 4 months, this product is no longer working

Pretty good product, helps with our packaging best by dates and lot numbers. We've had a few issues with it but the manufacturer has been quick to help.
