Excellent resource and recipes

After reading all the other comments written about this book, I had no problem in buying it. Love everything about the Spice book and would highly recommend. I'm really looking forward to trying out mixing up different Spices and adding to my meals. Very happy ☺

This is the book I've been waiting for!!! It is one of the most comprehensive and informative books on spices I have ever read. Not only does it give you information about individual spices, but it also gives you spice blend recipes using your chosen spice, and on top of that the book then gives you complete recipes in which the spice blend is used.I absolutely love this book, and it has inspired me to create and experiment with making my own spice blends and recipes. I can see this book becoming one of my "kitchen bibles!" Try it, you wont be disappointed. Great for beginners like myself, or as a reference for more experienced cooks / chefs. Something for everyone.
