It's good but requires some setup. If you're like me who trying to get this for your parents or grandparents, you'll need to configure it for them first.When you first start the system, it has pre-loaded software short-cuts you need to install. It is an android system so you're free to go to the play store and download additional apps. Once you download the TV apps (there are a bunch) you can start it up and most will have an intuitive menu to browse through. I was able to get almost all the channels we want except Aomen TV and news - this is the channel my dad really likes. You're able to view US premium channels as well such as HBO and Cinemax with no extra charge!Some app works better than the other. I don't know if it's because there are so many people using this so the server is being overloaded, but sometimes the shows will lag. But I have to say, the picture quality is very good!I'm still trying to see which app is the best so I can teach my parents just go to that one. Some apps require a mouse to operate smoothly. Although the remote offers a mouse option but it's nowhere near like a mouse. You click right to go a short distant to the right and you'll be clicking (or holding down) a lot. The receiver for the remote is not the greatest either, you have to almost directly point to the box to make it work.Pros:- Almost all channel from everywhere on the globe!- Picture quality is excellent when it runs smoothly- Live TV stream- Recorded shows- Premium channel with no extra charge- No month charge!- Price - compared to other sellers, this is a really good price!Cons:- Remote control is somewhat clunky- Sometimes the show will lag- Requires setup, not for elderly that doesn't know what they're doingIf you're thinking of getting it just so you can bypass the "great firewall of China" to watch shows, this does the job.

Lots of downtimes. I have not been able watch my favorite channels for several day. I contact the dealer. They told me they are fixing the servers. Need to be patient and wait for several days.
