Great saddle chair
My current dental office has this type of chair in all of our rooms and I have become used to the improved ergonomics of a saddle seat. I’m switching jobs and I want to continue to use one so I bought this chair. I made one improvement and that was purchasing some inline wheels (rollerblade) to replace the casters it comes with. Seems like a sturdy chair and will help me maintain a healthy spine while cleaning peoples teeth 🪥🦷

Meh. Better options at more affordable price.
I purchase this chair to help alleviate my lower back pain. This chair does that however my lower back pain is replaced with extreme discomfort in the posterior. I found cushion is very stiff and narrow for me. I wish the cushion separation were more adjustable. I pushed them apart as much as possible and it helps but adjustability is too limited. In addition, I had issues with the back rest constantly sliding down no matter how much I tighten the know. Customer service was a joke. Spent a weeks time corresponding with them, providing proof of purchase, details, pictures to final get "well you can send it back at your cost and we will take a look". No thanks. Considering the are more affordable, better options, it is more practical to simply replace the chair. I have 2 Antulu Saddle Stool in the office, which I find more comfortable, is half the cost and offers better customer service. Disappointed.

Unstable
The back rest does not stay in place. It consistently slides downwards through the slot and I sometimes almost injure myself when it happens. It doesn't leave the chair but does move quite a bit. I have also asked others that are stronger than me to tighten the screw but it still happens.

I love this chair; but you may not. Helped with my neck/headaches
This chair definetly took some getting use to. At first my butt would be sore from using it. Later I got use to it. The negative is that I had to raise up my keyboard as the chair does not go as low as my previous traditional chair. That being said, I really like the position it puts me in when using the computer, and would recommend to others. It really helped me to not slouch anymore! TWO MONTH UPDATE: I now lo longer hurt when sitting on this chair, as my muscles grew stronger as they were not use to the streching this chair would cause. I love this chair more than a traditional chair now.

Breaks after short while
Same breaking point at another reviewer pointed out.. I am not saying I did not sit down hard or put all of my weight on the overhang portion, but it did not withstand (I have an athletic build, ~100kg). This was after 4 months of daily usage, and I am honestly unsure when it may have broken, could have occurred months ago.Being a cyclist I wanted to try out a chair that was similar, as well as aiding to not having a thigh gap and having the legs forced apart which is near impossible for standard gaming type chairs with arm rests that block. After the initial adjustment period it did prove to be what I wanted to try out, just the quality is lacking. Another reviewer also points out that the back rest slides down easily, this is more from attempting to lean back with it maladjusted.. it actually finds itself in the right lumbar location by itself, but it can slide around..the air cylinder commonly self adjusts, and it does ride on a point and combining the clearance gap of the piston to the cylinder makes the entire thing slightly wobbly, but never unstable for me..This was more of a trial of the style of chair before deciding on possibly trying out the top tier brand.. and it was good for just that. You certainly can't lounge in it and watch youtube videos all day, but if you have an active desk, such as doing electronics or lab work, then it could work fine, but there is a common failure point which should shy most people away..I will continue to use the chair even with the failure, as it doesn't seem catastrophic (yet) until I want to spend the big bucks on a better model.
