By far….the absolute best flour when making bread(s). I use for every loaf! Milled finely to allow for maximum rise and beauty end products! Every loaf has come out with that beautiful perfect texture (based on product). My sourdough has perfect nooks and crannies with this product. My white breads are light and airy. My baguettes perfectly crusty yet soft inside! This is the ONLY bread flour I use and have for several years after visiting Italy. 🇮🇹 This brand is so exceptional, I have begun using their pastry flour! Quality flour
We switched to Italian flour because we are tired of thr poisonous flours used in the US. We were looking for flour that was not sprayed with pesticides and bleached. We love this flour and my daughter uses it to do all of her baking. It is quality flour and there is a clear difference. The taste and texture of our baked goods are noticeably better. The bags alway come it wrapped and we have never had any issues getting it here to us.
