Great little hoover - cleans up dog hair effectively, and customer service is good if things go wrong. It's good value for money (on the cheaper range of the robot hoovers) but it's very efficient. The compartment isn't massive so you will have to empty it regularly but it does the job well and is a much lower price point than many others.

The media could not be loaded. Love this little hoover so much. It has completely changed my life. I have a large dog and the floors require hoovering at least twice a day all year round. Having this hoover means my floors are cleaner along with the added bonus of mopping. It’s really efficient and the battery lasts a good amount of time. I don’t find it too noisy either, I am happily able to watch tv whilst it is on. It is very easy to use and you can use it on your phone app or just on the machine. I 100% recommend this little hoover and have to several family members! Thank you ☺️

I had a Proscenic before which I used for I think about two years until the battery became really weak. The performance may not be the best/top of the line but I liked it. I was just thinking to replace the battery but instead, threw it away and got this one. This new version was just really badly designed.I've had a few issues with this machine since I first used but the thing is I opened the box long after my purchase so I knew return wasn't anymore feasible. The first three issues below are enough for me to have returned the product immediately.First, the absence of the manual on/off button was an issue.Second, when I use the mode to circle around an area, the battery weakens just after 2-3min and I have to return it to the charging station.The dust collector is poorly designed compared to my previous/older version: this one does not compact the collected dust so I have to keep on checking otherwise, the dirt spills over it's path. Annoying- don't you think? Whoever tested this design was probably asleep.Now, I have a new problem. I never connected it to my wifi- I don't want to and never did with my previous. But now, it seems to be activating on it's own and the machine starts to move around at about 8pm in the evening. Since the machine has battery charge, there's no chance of turning it off. I have been trying to figure out which wifi it picks up but i can't do until I use the app which I have not wanted to do since the start. The random wifi connection that it is doing on its own is a freakish AI design!I have sent a note to Proscenic's customer support team- let's see how they will fix this. I basically have just been using this one for abt 6 months and not daily cause I have the regular upright vacuum for thorough cleaning.

Works like a dream cleans up when im out perfectly, long run time after charging , simple to set up , hardly no noise when it running round and well constructed

Well.... he arrived yesterday and the whole family have fallen in love with him! We managed to set him up on the Wi-Fi in under 2 mins using the App and were delighted to discover upon turning him on that he was actually already half charged. So this gave us a good 25 mins of cleaning immediately. We sat in awe and watched whilst he buzzed around the kitchen working out the shape of the room and where he could access. I’m saying ‘he’ since my daughter named him Eugene.... 😂Anyway I attached the mopping attachment which came with it and that was fun to watch too! We have lots of hard floors so that was a very important attachment to have since our floors are dusty as well as dirty!How good is the suction? Well, I’m pleased. I emptied the drawer a few times yesterday. He doesn’t pick up larger bits of dirt, but they’re easy to just pick up myself but all the little bits and the dust disappeared! He mounted rugs easily and disappeared under sofas and cupboards only to re-emerge!How good is the mopping? I’d say it’s more if a dust and scuff remover rather than a stain remover. I can see that more stubborn marks in the floor will still need old fashioned elbow grease. But Eugene very satisfactorily buffed my dusty Karndean floor to a shiny end!How long did the battery last? Longer on the hard floors downstairs. Carpets seemed to drain him a bit quicker. He charges quite quickly - half an hour charge gave me a enough for about a 20 min clean on a carpet upstairs.Plugging in the docking station? The instructions suggest a metre plus distance around the plug. I spent ages trying to make this possible downstairs. Upstairs this wasn’t possible but didn’t seem to be a huge issue. He does need a clear path in front t if the docking station in order to line up properly. He heads for home when he only has about 10 mins left.Other gadgets in the box? I noticed 2 replacement brushes, a replacement filter, a remote control and batteries (although I used the app on my Phone) a cleaning tool, plus the mopping attachment. I also noticed on my app that it suggests when the filter needs washing/changing etc., and also there is the option to ‘reorder’ through the app if you needed new brushes etc. Very handy!One thing, you must ensure that wires and flexes are out of the way; trainer laces too! They could become tangled easily. Also he did get tangled up with hair in my daughters room. But it was easy to remove the brush and snip off the twisted hair. Again some bits of carpet fluff didn’t get picked up but these were few and far between.My overall impression. I’m lazy and I hate hoovering. My family are lazy and don’t always take their shoes off and my kitchen floor seems to be permanently grubby with flour and crumbs from wager little cooks. Yesterday I set Eugene off to sweep and mop whilst I sat outside reading my Kindle. Came back inside to find him finished and redocked charging away! What’s not to like?

I’ve had this a year and hardly used it as I find it difficult to set up. Must be me I think, I’m not good with this sort of technology
