Expensive, but worth it
After buying my first handgun recently, I was looking for a good cleaning kit that had everything I needed along without buying a kit that included alot of things I’d never use.This kit was not inexpensive, but after cleaning my gun for the first time not long after receiving this kit, it appears OTIS makes quality products and I have no regrets.

Great kit but it was missing the 8 inch memory flex cable
Great kit but it was missing the 8 inch memory flex cable which was needed more than I would have thought as I preferred to use that instead of the loop rod. I cannot find a way to contact Otis or amazon on here regarding the missing item without doing a refund of the whole thing.

Get this for your portable kit!
Fantastic, compact kit that works for many common use cases. The value is really good and the kit really is well outfitted for a travel/range kit.

Love Otis Technology products
This is great if you have several caliber hand guns. I think Otis has some very innovative products and are all good quality and made in good ol’ USA. Just make sure you do a little research as the product info is not always 100% accurate/current.

Premium brand but Amazon shipping gets dinged
I purchased this kit for my son, and it is tailored for Glock. Otis is an excellent brand, but when we received our order from Amazon, the inner packaging was open, and the product was completely disheveled. It appeared like it was a hasty return. I had to contact Otis directly, and they indicated that most of their complaints come from outside vendors selling their products and that I should buy directly from their website.
