We purchased this as a birthday gift for my nephew who has recently started fishing. We were very impressed with the quality and loved that it has its own storage bag and is super portable and easy to store. Great buy and I would buy again.

The product was not the best. But maybe we got a bad one. The customer service was great. I was immediately refunded my purchase amount when I notified them that I was not happy with our rod, reel, and bag.

The zipper case is welcomed. The pole and reel seem to be quality enough to hold up to grandsons. It was a gift and they've not had a chance to use yet

This product doesn't deserve a star. My husband bought this pole as a birthday gift to me. Went fishing for the first time with the pole and didn't even last a couple of hours. The pole itself is falling apart. Can't even use the last section of the pole because the piece came off. Now it is doing the same thing to the other sections. I don't recommend getting this pole.

Great Starter set for any beginner fisherman. comes with everything you need to start fishing. The bag is nice as well.

I had to fix one of the hoops on the pole when it was delivered. First day it got used I caught five pan fish. It held up pretty good. You know the old saying. You get what you paid for. Over all it cast fine and reels in good it's just ok and gets the job done.

Not the quality I was hoping for. Love the idea of the telescopic rod but the rod and reel of very cheap feeling and weigh almost nothing so you don't feel like you can really cast out far. The bottom of the rod is incredibly pointy so when resting the rod on your leg while fishing and attempting to enjoy a nice cold adult beverage, it tends to be very uncomfortable. The bag is nice and the bait kit is handle so I will continue to use them but the rod and reel will be donated to one of the kids in my family.

Super easy to attach reel. Rod telescopes out nicely and easily goes back in.
