This tastes good and I like the liquid calcium citrate better, it’s easier on the stomach . The price is good. I recommend this.

For those who cannot swallow , it is perfectTastes good & good for bones

After a bone density scan showed osteopenia starting in my left hip, my doctor instructed me to take an OTC calcium supplement. I have choked several times trying to take the huge calcium pills and I'm done with them! I searched for liquid forms and found a concentrate (take using a dropper) and this liquid product. I ordered them both to try. I have seen other customers complain about the taste but I have to say that, for myself, the raspberry flavor is very pleasant. And the thick texture is not at all bothersome to me either. I started off using a medicine measuring cup but that was just too wasteful because product would stay stuck to the side and bottom of it. I have soup spoons that measure half a tablespoon so I simply pour it into the soup spoon twice and I'm done. Since the product is so thick, it does not spill out of the spoon. Zero waste.I won't have another bone density scan for a couple of years so I can't speak the effectiveness of the supplement at this time. But what I can say is I was ready to stop taking calcium all together after the last choking episode. So this product is helping me remain compliant with my doctor's instructions and that has to be a positive. Because taking calcium vs not taking it ... far better than a broken hip!

Sometimes it is difficult to say if a supplement is helping or not. But I suspect that the combination of ingredients have produced better nails, and hopefully, they are helping with bone issues. I like that it isn't the full recommended daily allowance. When it comes to calcium, I would rather err on the lesser side. This is my opinion only, and why I choose to take this particular supplement. I have already purchased two bottles, and will most likely continue to buy this product. I find that it is superior, because it has other necessary ingredients that work in concert with calcium. This is a very necessary added bonus. I buy the blueberry flavor, and add it to my morning smoothie concoction.

This thing tasted awful! The flavor is very fake and chemical. The package said milk free, so I thought it would be a clear liquid. Big mistake! The texture is a bit like condensed milk. If you don’t like milk, maybe try something else.Three stars for the possible benefits, even though I only had it once, and most likely won’t give it another try.

Nice product, recommended to refridgerate after opening. Taste is good , 1 table spoon per day. Much better than swallowing pills.

My dr wanted me to start all these liquid vitamins. There's not a lot of choice in liquid calcium but I found this product.Now I haven't been on it long enough to know if it helps but I can tell you the taste is horrible! It's a thick creamy white liquid, but it tastes like a harsh tart tangy shake with zero sweetener. There's no real "flavor". Just bad.Imagine the tartness of lemon without the lemon taste.I'm going to try mixing it with some yogurt or something to mask the taste hopefully. I HAVE to take it for my health issues. But I'm completely and honestly dreading the next dose!Next time I'll try a different brand in hopes of finding one that isn't so bad tasting.(Just for the record, I'm one of those people who never balks or whines at a bad tasting medicine so that says a whole lot about this liquid calcium!)
