This combination of probiotics, prebiotics and enzymes in one capsule has easily become the single most effective and worthwhile addition to my diet. My weight dropped. I got these after my son’s dentist recommended probiotics to help with his bad breath. He has good dental hygiene, although he is autistic and sensitive to brushing. Use for health issues. Good value for the money.

It’s got a lot of really good strains of the right stuffs. But I don’t feel like it has as much as they say it has. I’ve used more expensive brands with less cfu’s that worked exceptionally well. With that said my digestion is better than when not taking it.

This probiotic supplement is admittedly somewhat effective, however, it is undeniably less so than others I have tried. Granted, this claims to be a shelf-stable product and I am in no position to refute that claim. However, I think that, if you have refrigeration to begin with, probably best to go with another brand.

I absolutely truly love these and I have now ordered them three times. I have noticed a complete difference using these and I think they help me not gain weight when I eat junk food like hamburgers
